ao solicitar uma comissão comigo, você concorda com os seguintes termos:

1. Payments and deadlines-payment must be made 50% to start and 50% after completion, or 100% upfront;
- payment only via Pix or PayPal;
- i have a minimum deadline of one week, depending on complexity;
- i may delay due to personal reasons, but you will be notified;
- commissions with specific deadlines can be discussed, depending on my availability or the complexity of the art, and may involve fees.2. Process and refunds- minor adjustments (colors, details) can be requested until completion;
- partial refunds can only be requested during the sketch stage; - after the sketch is approved or the art is finished, there are no refunds;
a full refund may also occur if there is a cancellation on my part.3. What you cannot do with my art- personal/non-commercial use: you may post (with credit), print for yourself, use as an avatar, banner, etc;
- commercial use or selling products using my art is permitted if there is an agreement that includes a percentage of sales;
- it is strictly prohibited to use my art to feed or modify AI, or to use it in deepfakes, hate speech, or pornography.4. My rights as an artist- i retain the copyrights to the work;
- i may post the art on my social media (with a watermark) and use it in my portfolio;
- i reserve the right to refuse any request without justification, with a full refund if already paid.5. Final agreementby paying, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms above.
